Venue for Meetings

The meetings are held at the Council Chambers, Council Offices, Addison Crescent, Upper Stratton commencing at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated.

 

Public Recess

Residents are encouraged to attend meetings and may speak in the public recess on relevant items to that committee.

15 minutes is allowed for public recess questions.  Residents upon requesting to speak must give their full name and address and direct any questions to the Chairman of that Committee.  The Chairman may decline to answer but this will be followed by a written response.

Calender of Meetings 2004

Agenda's will be posted on the website 3 working days prior to the meeting date.
Minutes will be available 10 days after the date of the meeting.
