CALENDAR OF MEETING 2011

 Due to a change in computer system we are currently experiencing problems uploading

minutes and agenda on to the website, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.

Agenda's will be posted on the website 3 working days prior to the meeting date.
Minutes will be available when the have been agreed by Council .
To access these documents click on the appropriate meeting date. 

The publication of the agenda three working days prior to the meeting is the notice of meetings. the following is a schedule of meetings, if no agenda has been attached 3 days prior to the meeting no meeting will be taking place, the statutory obligation is for an agenda to appear of the notice board outside of the office.
