Dear All

Stratton St Margaret Parish Council will be holding a Parish Meeting on the proposed developments at Headlands School and Merton Fields. 

The objectives of the meeting are to enable local residents to :-

1)    express their views with regard to the proposed developments

2)    gain an understanding from Swindon Borough Council of the rationale and need for the development any any alternatives, 
        including  the financial issues

3)    ask questions of consultants/experts with regards to :- housing/road and traffic/drainage and site flooding

4)    ask questions of SBC officers and representatives with regards to :

        -    policy on the development of current green space and playing fields

        -    financial issues with regard to the development

        -    usage of the proposed Community Hall and sports facility

        -    proposed management and maintenance of the proposed community hall and sports facility

The meeting will be chaired by the Parish Council
