Fitness Classes

Aerobics (All levels) - with Anne


Come along to this fun and friendly class which aims to give you an all over body workout.
Work hard, have fun, take control of your fitness, take control of a new you!


Held on a MONDAY, 10.00am - 11.00am

Circuit Training - with Anne


If you have attended one of our initial assessments with Dietbusters and would prefer just the exercise section  then you can try our Circuit Training Session


Held on MONDAY from 1.45pm to 2.30pm

Body Conditioning (Level 2B) with Shelley


An all round total body conditioning work out, focussing on strength, muscular endurance and purposeful fitness conditioning.  This class will help to develop a strong and toned physicque. Suitable for all abilities.


Held on a MONDAY, 6.00pm - 7.00pm

Young At Heart (Level 1A) - With Anne


This class is suitable for the active mature client or those who are new and returning to exercise. This gentle work out to music will help to improve your strength, balance and posture.


Held on a TUESDAY, 11.00am - 12.00noon

Walking Club - with Anne


A walking club for all ages - Walking around Stratton St Margaret - a great overall body workout
Tea & Biscuits provided after session


Held on WEDNESDAY, 12.00 noon to 1.30pm

Stretch & Flex (Level 2A) - with Anne


Mixed ability class which combines aerobics with stretching and flexibility. A great class that focuses on improving your lower body definition and tone.


Held on a WEDNESDAY, 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

Legs, Tums and Bums - with Jamie-Lee


A good endurance workout for your key muscles using weights and resistent equipment to foucs on those legs, tums, bum and arms.


Held on a THURSDAY, 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Tai Chi (All levels) - with Judith


A series of gentle movement linked in a continuous, smooth flowing sequence. This programme is proven by scientific study to relieve pain & improve quality of life, & supported by many arthritis foundations. This class is also designed to help preven & improve the control of diabetes.


Held on a FRIDAY, 9.30am - 10.30am


Which class is right for you?


LEVELS

1 - Suitable for beginners and those with low level of fitness
2 - Suitable for those with some experience of regular fitness training and those with a higher level of fitness
3 - Suitable for experienced participants with high levels of fitness

GRADES

A - An easy class to follow offering low levels of complexity
B - A class offering moderate to high levels of complexity to challenge the mind as well as the body
C - A class requiring higher levels of co-ordination and technical ability
