We have a choice of Gym Memberships, our annual and six month Gold and Silver plus our 3 Month Gold Pass.
Being a Gym Member you will receive many benefits of the Centre, such as Centre Membership, Free assessment & Induction with a reassessment after 3 months.
The package will also allow you to take part in a variety of aerobic classes FREE OF CHARGE within your Membership time. (Please see reception for a list of free classes). You will still need to gain a receipt from reception when you come in for a FREE class.
Other benefits include Members can book casual sports over the phone up to 6 days in advance and pay on the day.

Provided you have undertaken an Induction Health Check and Programme design you can also use the Gym as a "Pay As You Go" user - paying on entry at the relevant rate.
