There are three basketball courses that are aimed at beginners to intermediates, for boys and girls aged 10-15 years
The classes include warm up, ball handling techniques, footwork, drills, court awareness and a game at the end of each session
The benefits of this class are the improvement of health and fitness, improving self confidence, team participation and your overall baksetball game
BOYS (age 13-16) Tuesdays 8-9pm
BOYS (age 11-13) Thursday evenings 6.00-7.00pm
Sunday morning GIRLS 1.00-12 noon.
